Our technicians repair the iPad 5 and 6 9.7-inch (2017–2018) as a complete device, from the display and battery to connectors and logic-board components. This generation allows the touchscreen and LCD to be diagnosed and replaced separately when appropriate. On this standard iPad generation, the touchscreen, LCD, housing, battery and charging connector are assessed before repair. We replace batteries, repair the Lightning charging port, straighten or replace damaged housings, and service cameras, speakers, microphones and physical buttons. Touch ID and button faults are assessed with attention to paired security components. For iPads affected by liquid, no-power symptoms, repeated restarts or charging failures, we provide board-level diagnostics, microsoldering and component repair. Data recovery is attempted whenever the storage and logic board remain technically recoverable. Every repaired iPad is function-tested before collection.
